Prices and general conditions
- The prices are quoted in euros and include
- In the room per person/day with accommodation and breakfast buffet
- In the apartment per person/day with
- Minimum stay of 3 days.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the accommodations or common areas.
Included in the price
Supplements
- The local tourist tax of €3.20 per person per day is added to the indicated prices for people aged 14 and over. The tax will be paid on departure together with the hotel bill, where it is listed separately.
- Your four-legged friend (please note the separate regulations) is welcome, as long as you arrange this with us beforehand. The daily rate is €14.00 and does not include meals.
Children's discounts
- Children who stay in the same room as two adults paying the full price will receive the following discounts. These cannot be combined with other promotions:
- 0-2 years: -100%;
- 3-10 years: -20%.
Arrival and departure
The reservation of the rooms and apartments is valid from 2pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
Booking guarantee
- A reservation will only be considered as firmly agreed when the agreed deposit has been received and you have received a written confirmation from us.
- The deposit must be paid by bank transfer within three days after the reservation:

Payment terms
There are various payment options available for settling your bill:
- Credit cards are accepted, except Diners Club and American Express.
- If you pay by cheque, we kindly ask you to present it for cashing on the day after your arrival.
- In the case of a bank transfer, full payment should be completed before your arrival.
Cash payments are only possible for amounts up to €5,000.00. Higher amounts or the remaining balance must be paid by credit card, cheque or in advance by bank transfer. Exceptions apply to guests from non-EU countries such as Russia and Switzerland, who may also pay higher amounts in cash.
Conditions for cancellation
(in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 of the Consumer Protection Act, Part III, Title III, para. (I):
Of course, cancellations are not pleasant for anyone, but unexpected events are not always avoidable.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, there is no entitlement to a right of withdrawal.
Nevertheless, we would like to present our cancellation policy to you as follows:
For all other cases:
- Up to 60 days before arrival: refund of 80% of the deposit.
- Fewer than 60 to 30 days before arrival: loss of deposit;
- Fewer than 30 to 8 days before arrival: payment of 60% of the total amount.
- Fewer than 8 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure, fewer people than booked or in case of a no-show: payment of 100% of the total amount.
We recommend that you take out the following insurance for cancellation, interruption of travel and delayed start of travel.
